Spirally squeezing solid-liquid separator system works in a mode of squeezing spirally and continuously. It is applicable to the separation of the solid particles which are more than or equal to 0.5-1. 0 mm. In the material liquid, the proportion of the solid is large and after separation, it is required to contain low proportion of water. It is especially applicable for the treatment of cow dung dehydration and the sewage of the wood based panel plants and finally all these cow dung and sewage are separated into liquid and solid organic fertilizer.
Performance and characteristics
The solid-liquid separator is divided into a centrifugal separation section and a squeezing separation section by the solid-liquid separation cylinder. This is to say, by centrifugation and squeezing separation to separate the biogas residue and it can separate the solid and liquid completely. The residue water content is greatly reduced, which reduces the biogas residue drying time and baking cost. This saves time and cost for the users with biogas producing projects. Through the elastic top tensioning device for compression and separation, it is very convenient for the pressure adjusting, and thus ensures the complete solid-liquid separation and the water content of the biogas residue. In sections of centrifugal separation and squeezing separation part are respectively installed with a biogas liquid outlet pipe for the recovery of it. This machine has the characteristics of low speed, simple operation, convenient installation and maintenance, cost saving, high efficiency, fast investment recovery and there is no need to add any flocculants.
